The ACLU and EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) will be immediately challenging the bills in court since they’re pretty much an exact breach of the Fourth Amendment. I’m sad it passed. I’m angry that quite a few Democrats voted for the piece of crap, including Feinstein & Obama. I’m not surprised by Feinstein, who is a DINO (Democrat-in-name-only) but I am surprised by Obama. I’m officially voting for the lesser of two evils at this point.
There’s a bunch of blogs and all that sort that are putting together a PAC to campaign against those who voted for this to demand accountability. If you want to read more into that click here.
