		<description>I agree totally.  This reminds me of a marketing article I read, &quot;The Hidden Price of Free.&quot;  When someone is unwilling to pay for quality, they sacrifice a lot more in longterm profits.

I&#039;ve been laid off twice in the past year and a half, and each time, the new employers had more power than they should have.  I see ads on Craigslist for someone with 3 years internet marketing experience, and they put the salary at $10-$12 an hour.  It&#039;s ridiculous to think they&#039;ll get anyone worthwhile by paying the same salary that IN N OUT starts it&#039;s cashiers at.  If there&#039;s a time to be an entrepreneur, it&#039;s now.
